Associate

This is a “Social” Membership designed for people only wanting access to the club bar facilities and social functions. It does not allow voting rights or access to the club boat ramps. It enables the holder use of the club bar and change room facilities during opening hours.

Recreational Boat Ramp User

This membership will be available to members who wish only to use the club boat ramp to launch and retrieve recreational trailerable boats, and the bar and changing facilities. It does not allow voting rights or the use of club keys.

Junior

This membership is for juniors under the age of 18. It enables the holder the following privileges: Involvement in the sailing program, Junior National Affiliation Fee and use of the training and change room facilities.

This membership is designed for people whose principal place of residence exceeds 80km from the Devonport Post Office

Crew

This membership shall be available to members who wish only to crew on vessels registered on the club Boat Register. These members shall be entitled to use of the club bar and change room facilities. “Crew” members cannot own vessels on the club boat register.

Senior

This membership is for persons 18 years or older. It enables the holder the following privileges: Allows full voting rights, involvement in the sailing program, access to the use of the Slipway and Marina, and use of all club facilities and infrastructure.

Family V1

This membership is for families of at least one parent or guardian and his/her children who are under 18 years of age. It enables the holders the following privileges: Allows a maximum of one senior member in the “family unit” full voting rights, involvement in the sailing program, access to the use of slipway and marina facilities, Use of all club facilities, National Affiliation Fee as nominated on the Membership Form, Recreational Boat Ramp.

Family V2

This membership is for identical to Family V1 membership, with the addition of a second voting right to the secondary senior member in the '“family unit”.

All memberships are yearly subscriptions and are renewed on the 1st of July of each year. Pro-rata membership rates are available upon submission of a membership application.
